The Bow Files features interview segments with youth athletes, coaches, and media members across Michigan. Carl Bow, a longtime youth sports coach and former D-Zone contributor, has built a strong following through his authentic, one-of-a-kind interview style.
Known for being funny, direct, and well prepared, Bow brings insight to youth sports from both the club and high school perspectives. Fans appreciate how he shows the connection between these two worlds.
Each week, Bow is invited to attend games and interview student-athletes.
